NuxgateFintech and payments

If an acquirer fails, Nuxgate reroutes the sale.

Nuxgate is a white-label platform for selling and delivering digital and physical products under the producer’s own brand and domain. We built the app for iOS and Android and the website, which presents the payment orchestrator, the fees and the API for those who will integrate.

Producer panel in Nuxgate with available balance, sales for the day and month, a chart of sales by period, distribution by payment method and a list of recent payments.

The starting point

Nuxgate is a white-label platform. A producer selling courses, subscriptions or physical products adds their own brand and domain and gets checkout, member area, payments and withdrawals ready to use.

We built the app for iOS and Android and the nuxgate.com website. The site has two readers: the producer wants to see fees and payout times, and the developer wants to see the API. The menu separates the two paths into Plataforma, Como funciona, Infoprodutos, Taxas, API and FAQ.

What the platform delivers

A producer’s account includes:

  • embedded checkout, with Pix, card and boleto in the same flow;
  • streaming-style member area that unlocks the course after payment;
  • automatic split for affiliates;
  • subscriptions and recurring billing;
  • shipping calculation for physical products;
  • back office for transactions, fees, risk rules and withdrawals.

Accepted methods include Pix, boleto, Visa, Mastercard and Elo cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, PicPay and NuPay, plus SEPA and SPEI.

The orchestrator

The orchestrator is the layer that connects acquirers, banks and payment methods. If an acquirer fails, the transaction is rerouted in milliseconds to the one with the highest approval rate.

The same layer exposes a unified API, where a single integration gives access to Pix, cards, boleto and international payments. Reconciliation is in real time, and receivables, fees charged and accumulated balance appear in one panel. Settlement is D+0 or D+2, depending on the method, and the minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.

On the website, the orchestrator became a diagram. Visitors hover over a payment method and see the details of that method.

The API, webhooks and fees

The API is REST, with Bearer token authentication and a full sandbox for testing before going to production. The API SLA is 99.9%. The SDKs come with examples in cURL, Node.js and Python, and the site shows a sample call, POST /v1/pix/charges, with one tab per language and a copy button.

Webhooks have automatic retry and idempotency. With retry, the same event can reach the customer’s system twice when the first delivery fails. Idempotency makes the second notice of a confirmed payment count as the same event, with no second course unlock and no second count of the sale.

In the fees section, the site has a Pix savings simulator. The visitor enters gross monthly revenue and the share of sales made by Pix, and the simulator compares the cost on a traditional digital product platform with the cost on Nuxgate. Right below, it warns that the simulation is illustrative and that final amounts depend on volume and profile.

The app and where it stands today

The app brings to the phone what the producer tracks on the web platform: sales, balance and digital product operations. The site links to it on the App Store and Google Play. Like all the software we deliver, the app and the website went through security testing on our pentest server before going live.

Nuxgate is live at nuxgate.com and accepts payments in more than 30 countries. For a new producer, onboarding follows four steps: consultation and assessment, domain and identity, panel and rules, and assisted go-live.

Do your sales depend on a single acquirer?
